Real food, meaning whole and minimally processed foods, has the power to heal and nourish the body in ways that processed and packaged foods cannot. These nutrient-dense foods provide the body with the essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants needed for optimal health and well-being.
Incorporating real food into your diet can have a significant impact on a variety of health issues, including inflammation, gut health, and chronic diseases. Real food can reduce inflammation in the body, which is a root cause of many chronic health issues. It can also improve gut health, which is critical for overall health and immune function.
One of the best things about real food is that it is delicious and versatile. There are endless possibilities when it comes to creating healthy and nourishing meals with real food ingredients. Some examples include leafy greens, colorful vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and lean proteins.
In conclusion, real food is a powerful healer in the body. By incorporating whole and minimally processed foods into your diet, you can nourish your body with the essential nutrients it needs to thrive. Not only will you feel better, but you will also be taking a step towards preventing chronic health issues down the line.

I feel for those that chase their health, losing hours of enjoyment with family and friends and feeling stuck. Many have come into my office already have been to the conventional doctor. Medications tried, tests run and they still don’t feel well. They don’t know what else to do. I've been there!
I watched my mom go through surgeries, medications and more medications with no solutions of wellness offered. It was one treatment after another until her body was truly tapped. Thankful, someone reached out to my mom one day at work about a nutritional response chiropractor that helped this lady recover from leukemia and stay in remission. Options, were given, and we started down another route as we were seeking health and wellness options to repair, recover and regroup!
Our body is a self-healing organism, so it’s really about cleaning things out of the way so the body can heal itself. As a Chiropractor, it’s important to remove spinal subluxations that can cause interference within the nervous system and affect a persons functional physiology and quality of life. We also work with educating and identifying other negative toxins that will affect an individual’s health and well-being.
Environmental toxins surround us and many of us are not finding time to detox, cleanse, or AVOID them. Pesticides, GMO’s, heavy metals, toxic chemicals, processed foods, medications, and poor drinking water to name a few. This is why you will see me seeking and recommending the best supplementation, the safest household cleaners, body care products and organic foods for my family.
Emotional (toxins) trauma also stay with us if we don’t address them. Physical traumas are easy to see and evaluate as we heal but emotional traumas can get burdened without us even knowing. This can and will make many of us sick and unable to move forward and heal. I’ve seen this and felt this personally. I have used supplements, lasers, and essential oils to help bodily organs release these buried emotions (scars). Don’t forget about intentional prayer, too!
Sickness has many diagnosis’s! Keep in mind they all have something in common. If your foundation isn’t healthy, get back to the basics before you seek treatments. Eat organic “real” food, stop using cancer causing chemicals in your home and on your body, drink purified clean water, clean up your thoughts, ditch the poisonous “sugar,” start moving again.
